Founder
Will Friedman is the founder of Sound City Ventures, a health technology studio dedicated to building user-centric applications that bring efficiency and transparency to the healthcare system.
A veteran product leader with over 20 years of experience, Will has a proven track record of scaling platforms across payers, providers, and patients. Most recently, as Senior Director of Product Management at Headspace, he directed product strategy for mental health care platforms, overseeing provider experiences, internal EHR systems, and AI integrations to improve clinical efficiency and patient outcomes.
Previously, Will served as VP of Product Management at 98point6, where he led the strategic planning and execution of product features that supported 100x member growth and sustained a highly rated mobile patient experience. His entrepreneurial spirit is evident from his time as Co-Founder of VoteWithMe, where his team built the most widely-used relational voting turnout app in US election history, and as President and Chief Product Officer at Cozi, which became the #1 family organization app in the US before its acquisition by Time, Inc.
Will holds a BSE in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and certifications in Advanced Learning Algorithms and Machine Learning. He combines deep technical expertise with a passion for human-centered design to solve complex problems in health care and beyond.
